Welcome students and parents to my 5th grade classroom! To say that I am excited about this school year would not even begin to describe the feelings I have about what this upcoming year is going to bring. Teaching is something that I have always been passionate about and I promise to do my best to allow that to show each and every day that we are together.
 
This year will push you to become the best version of yourself, but in doing so you will become more prepared for your next step into middle school. My job as your teacher this year will be to help you grow from an elementary student mindset into a mature young child that is ready to conquer anything that middle school might throw at you. In my classroom I believe that we are a family, and that means that we will treat each other with respect and love above all other things. I can promise you that this classroom will help to create memories for you that you will remember 50 years down the road! I look forward to meeting each of you and beginning this year off in spectacular fashion!
