Welcome to the WHS School Health Page
Welcome to WHS School Health. My name is Tracy Curtis, BSN, RN. I am known to the students and staff as Nurse Tracy. Please feel to reach out to as needed. Email and Dojo are the best ways to contact the health office directly. Should your student visit my office during the school day, I will reach out via Dojo, phone call, or email. At times, a note will also be sent home with your student.
RCS requires all medical forms for chronic conditions and Rx medications to be updated ANNUALLY. I highly recommend having these forms updated over the Summer Break and sent to the nurse for review prior to the start of a new school year. This allows for any corrections to be made prior to school start. The LINKS tab to the right of this page includes all RCS Required Medical Forms under the Medical Forms Link. In accordance with the current RCS Medication Policy, ONLY ESSENTIAL MEDICATIONS will be administered during the school day. All Rx medications and medical procedures require a PCP completed RCS Medical Form BEFORE the school can accept a medication or provide care. No medications should ever be sent to school with your student.
